Have You Tried These Awesome Photoshop Special Effects

When first introduced to Photoshop I was amazed at the tools and by the possibilities. Having previously worked to enhance my photos in a darkroom it was almost surreal to think that I could transform a really bad picture into something quite usable, while sitting at my computer, listening to music and eating my lunch.

And these were just the basics. It's almost embarrassing now to think how awed I was by what were essentially a few neat tricks. I really didn't fully comprehend then all of the things this type of software could do for us. 

In the years since, my eyes have been opened a little wider. Image editing software is used to not just improve upon an existing image, but create something in combination or on its own. Equally inspiring is what unique projects can be achieved through the use of special effects.  These sites have some great tutorials to help Photoshop fans create exciting designs:

Resources for Teaching Online

There is currently a lot of uncertainty about how teachers will continue to teach our children while quarantined.
